Bill Anderson Sports Editor The New Lima Falcons hosted the Paden Pirates for their seventh home game of the season on Thursday. The Falcons are 8-5 on the season and were looking for another win. The Pirates went to bat first and scored a single run to take the lead.

Bill Anderson Sports Editor New Lima Falconettes kicked off their softball tournament Thursday at home with two other in-county schools, Strother and Bowlegs and three out of county schools Alex, Moss and Stuart/Calvin. The Bowlegs Lady Bison started the day off facing Stuart/Calvin.
