The Seminole Producer A 19-year-old Seminole Junior College student, Jena Bowlan, has been selected as Seminole’s “Miss Bicentennial,” it was announced Saturday afternoon. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bowlan of Maud.

A Seminole man lost his life in a three-vehicle collision near Wolf just before noon last Wednesday. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), Wilbur E. White, 66, died from injuries sustained in the crash, which occurred at 11:42 a.m. on Highway 377/99 and EW 1330 Road.
