The Varnum Baseball team hosted their Annual Baseball Classic this past weekend. Those schools competing in the tournament were Asher, Tushka, Stuart, Union City, Ripley, OCA and Wright City.

The Whippets faced Tushka on Thursday and fell 1-13. Varnum faced Asher on Friday and came away with the win 5-1 and then faced Union City on Saturday and won the game 9-1 to win the Consolation Championship.
