Seminole Chieftain Boys Tennis Qualify for State
The Seminole Chieftain boy’s tennis team competed at Regionals this past Monday and dominated in a few events.
Easton Atyia finished third at #1 singles, qualifying for State.
Greyson Snyder finished first at #2 singles, qualifying for State.
Brycen Canfield and Alan Abrego finished fifth at #1 doubles and are State Alternates Levi Pauls and Aiden Napier finished sixth at #2 doubles The Seminole Chieftains finished third overall at Regionals.
Greyson Synder finished first and is one of four regional champions at his position in 4A tennis and is Seminole’s first regional champion since the early 2000s.
The State Tennis Championship will be played at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center on 3400 North Portland in Oklahoma City.
The State Tournament will be played on May 16th and 17th with the 4A #1 singles being played at 10:30 a.m. and the #1 doubles and #2 singles will be played at 11:45 a.m. in the first round.
