William James “Cheese” Johnson went to be with the Lord on February 14th, 2021 in Oklahoma City. He was born March 23, 1972 in Lawton, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Wewoka high school and later worked for the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma for eleven years and was currently working for Oakridge Nursing Home in Wewoka.
William James “Cheese” Johnson is preceded in death by his mother, Corrine Johnson Andrade, grandparents, Charles “Jiggs” Johnson and Sue Johnson.
He is survived by his wife Angela Proctor Johnson of the home in Wewoka, son, Caiden Deer Johnson of Seminole, Ryan Bowman of Louisiana, Frank “Beans” Bowman of Wewoka and Cole Bowman of Seminole, father, David “ Blues” Postoak of Seminole, brothers, Timmy Johnson of Wewoka, Jeremy Postoak of Sasakwa, sisters, Briana Garcia of OKC and Inesa Johnson Aguilar of OKC.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday February 19, 2021 at the Nazarene Church 323 south Oak street Holdenville, OK. with Pastor Danny Faulkner and Lewis Johnson officiating.
Interment will be at the Johnson Family Cemetery north of Wewoka.
Social distancing and mask are required at services.
Services are under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home.
