William David Gordon

William David Gordon, age 82, longtime Maud, Oklahoma resident, passed away at his home on Saturday, September 21, 2019. William was born June 29, 1937 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to parents William Elmer Gordon and Mae Vaughn (Ladner) Gordon.

He was a high school graduate. He married Jennie Gordon on December 10, 1963 in Gainesville, Texas. Sadly, she passed away on March 19, 2014.

William was a truck driver until his retirement. Enjoyed running dozers and tractors and hunting.

William is survived by his sons; Robert Bost and Willie Gordon and his wife Tara of Maud, Oklahoma, daughter; Vivian Dietz and her husband Gary of Greenwood, Texas, fifteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
