Wesley Green Jr., 61, of Wewoka, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, June 7th, 2021 at his home.
Wesley was born on March 23rd, 1961 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to the late Wesley Green Sr. and Cora Green (Lena).
Wesley attended Wewoka High School. He was enrolled with the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma Tallahassee Band and Bird Clan. He was a member of Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church. Wesley worked for Walmart for 40 years as Shipping/Receiving.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Wesley Green Sr. and Cora Green (Lena), and siblings, Oscar Bunner, Charles Merritt, and Ostie Harjo.
Survivors include siblings, Billy Merritt of Seminole, OK, Kizzie Wildcat of Wetumka, OK, Mary Woods of Konawa, OK, Linda Martin of Prague, OK, and Vanessa Green of Wewoka, OK.
Wake service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
Funeral service will at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Officiating will be Reverend Billy Merritt and Reverend Houston Tiger. Interment will be at Wesley's home place located at 36405 EW 1310 Wewoka, Oklahoma (1/2 mile south on Highway 56 and 1 mile west).
