Starla, the daughter of Hershel Ring and Martha (Smith) Novotny, was born March 17, 1962 in Seminole. Starla was a waitress for many years, working at different restaurants. She was preceded in

Starla is survived by her sons, William Burns and Chance Burns; a sister, Teresa Hasbell; and many other family and friends.
