Robert Phillips

Robert Rolan Phillips, 96-year-old lifelong Seminole, Oklahoma resident passed from this life on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at SSM Seminole.

Robert is survived by sons, Terry Don Phillips of Sasakwa, Oklahoma, Bobby Phillips (preceded his father in death April 11, 2025) and Jimmy “Keith” Phillips of Seminole, Oklahoma; one daughter, Pamela Burnett of Seminole, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, special friend, Judith Perryman; daughter-in-law, Sharlene Phillips and a host of other family and dear friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 74 years, Elva Phillips; parents, John Phillips and Emma Phillips Smith; siblings, Clifton Phillips, Jackie Phillips, Wayne Phillips, Marshall Phillips, Loretta Smith, Lena Estep and Betty Belshe.

Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK. Robert’s family will greet family and friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Pastor Dwaine Jackson and Bro. Matt Riffle officiating the service. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Seminole, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
