Retha Plumlee

Retha Lucille (Hilliard) Plumlee, age 75 and a longtime resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away at her home February 23, 2026.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2026 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa, Oklahoma. Rev. Tommy Azlin will officiate, and burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Stacy Willmon- Howell and Tommy Howell of Konawa; one sister, Carol Banta of Oklahoma City; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one Plumlee brother, Carl Don Lowry; her daughter, Shelly Carroll; one sister, Peggy Joyce Mathis; and numerous other family members and friends.
