Phyllis Watkins

Watkins Stratford, OK resident Phyllis Deane Watkins passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026 at her home at the age of 82.

Phyllis is survived by her son, James Curtis Cunningham; daughter, Terrell Lynn Cunningham; brother, Eddie Watkins and his family; one grandchild; three great grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Shirly, Gloria, Billie Ann and Judy.

A celebration of Phyllis’ life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
