Peggy Jones

Peggy Diann Jones, passed from this life on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 58.

Peggy was born September 28, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Preceding Peggy in death are her parents, Eddie Kerman Jones Sr. and Arneitha Jones. Three brothers Eddie Kerman Jones Jr., Gary Jones, and Vincent Jones. Two sisters Judith Payne and Janice Jones. One granddaughter Avyannah Louie, and one great granddaughter Kyriah Aire Jones.

Peggy is survived by her three children, Shaniqua Louie of Wewoka, OK, Romero Louie and his wife Betty of Earlsboro, OK, and Craig Jones of Wewoka, OK. Four sisters and one brother, Carolyn Jones, Margaret Samilton, and Paul Jones Sr. all of Wewoka, OK, LaTrease Posey of Lima, OK, and Shiela Jones of Shawnee, OK, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 12, 2023 at Shiloh Baptist Evangelist Temple in Holdenville, OK and burial at Shiloh Cemetery.

Viewing will be at Stout Phillips in Wewoka, OK on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 9 am - 7 pm, and Sunday, June 11, 2023 from 1 pm - 5 pm.

Service will be led by Stout Phillips.
