Pauletta Vulgamore

Pauletta Jean Vulgamore, 73, longtime Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away, Monday, February 17, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Pauletta was born on May 7, 1946, in Prague, Oklahoma to Roy and Ola (Behrnes) Davis.

Pauletta attended Prague Schools at an early age, then after moving to Seminole, she attended Seminole Public Schools and graduated from Seminole High School in 1964 and was active in the high school glee club.

Pauletta worked for many years at Blue Bell (now Wrangler) in the sewing department, where she assembled and sewed on pockets. She was formerly active in the Seminole CB club, loved quilting, fishing, loved her flowers and her grandchildren.

Pauletta was married to Floyd “Larry” Vulgamore on November 19, 1963, which was the father of Angela Vulgamore Armstrong.

Larry preceded Pauletta in death on May 23, 2007.

Pauletta later in 2008, was married to Loyd Vulgamore at Wolf, Oklahoma.

Pauletta is survived by her husband; Loyd Vulgamore of the home in Seminole, one daughter and son-in-law; Angela and Bryan Armstrong of Seminole, Oklahoma, her brother and sister-in-law Doyle and Candice Davis of Seminole, Oklahoma; step son Joe Vulgamore of Corpus Christi, Texas; her grandchildren; Jennifer Armstrong, Joshua Armstrong, step grandchildren Amber Trijllo, Jamie Vulgamore, and Jacob Vulgamore.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband Larry Vulgamore.

Funeral services are planned for 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Rev. Allen Wood and Pastor Nick Atyia officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole.

The family will receive visitors from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Thursday evening.

Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole is in charge of arrangements.
