Patsy Darlene (Furr) Campbell, longtime Seminole resident, passed from this life at her home at the age of 78, surrounded by her family.

Patty was born the youngest of six children to Walter and Etta Furr on a dairy farm in Hulbert, OK on October 6, 1943 and lived there until her teens.

Patty was a cosmetologist and owned Patty’s Beauty Salon on Oak St. for many years and had a salon in her home.

Patty is survived by a daughter, Karma Moores of Oklahoma City; son, Bryan Campbell of Seminole; three grandchildren, Amber, Kaycee and Joel; a new great granddaughter Olivia; sister, Peggy Sorrell; a host of nieces and nephews and lots of close friends, many who have known her for decades.

Patty had a talent for uplifting those who needed it. She would, on a regular basis, go to rest homes and give a new look and great feeling to ladies that lived there.

Patty loved to travel, dance, swim and go on cruises with friends and family. Her motto was “I have lived my life fully and enjoyed every minute of it.” And those of us that knew her can attest to that.

A come and go visitation will be held at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Cremation arrange
