Patricia Ann, 87, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 8, 2020, passing peacefully with her husband of 68 years holding her hand and her three remaining children close by.

She was born in Seminole, Oklahoma on September 21, 1932 to John Henry Bartell and Harriet Marie (Keck) Bartell.

Patricia graduated from Varnum High School and married the loved of her life, Billy Eugene “Red” Hart on August 25, 1951.

The high school sweethearts raised a beautiful family including 5 children, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Patricia was known to all in Enid as a kind and generous person who would do anything, she could for just about anyone in need.

Her home was the one where all her children’s friends would hang out, and every Saturday she’d wake up to a house full of kids (and loved feeding every one of them).

She was an avid Thunder basketball fan never missing a game on TV and always critiquing the players (good and bad) for their play that night.

A longtime member of First Baptist Church of Enid, she looked forward to her Sunday school class and serving in the church’s food pantry.

Patricia will be remembered for being a faithful Christian, loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Billy Eugene Hart, Jr. and Johnny Michael Hart; and brother, Kenneth Russell Bartell.

She is survived by her loving children Rusty Hart and wife Janna, Teresa Dixon and husband John, Tim Hart and wife Chrissy; those 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Services to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the South Colonial Chapel (6934 S. Western Ave) and a committal service will be held at 2:30pm at Little Cemetery in Seminole, OK (viewing will be held Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 10th and 11th from 4-8pm at the funeral home).
