Miguel Sanchez-Quiroz

Miguel Angel “Mikey” Sanchez-Quiroz age 57 departed this life Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in Holdenville, OK.

He was born on January 25, 1964 in Montemorelos, New Mexico.

He attended school in Bakersfield, California.

On May 11, 1986 he married Glynis Michelle Buck on May 11,1986 in Dallas, Texas.

Mikey was a self-employed welder for many years. He was a member of Spring Baptist Church,. He enjoyed shooting guns, dancing, fishing, joking, and making everyone laugh. He also enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with family and friends.

Mikey is preceded in death by his Mother and brother, Fransisco Sanchez-Quiroz.

Survivors include his wife Michelle of the home, father Ramiro Sanchez of Bakersfield, CA; children, Meagan Beaver and John of Eufaula, OK, Miguel Sanchez Jr. of Seagoville, TX , Melissa Sanchez and Tristan Crowe of Wewoka, OK, five grandchildren and one on the way; brothers Ramiro Sanchez Quirzo of Aransas Pass, TX, Pedro Sanchez Quiroz of Aransas Pass, TX, Jose Sanchez Quiroz of Dallas, TX; sisters, Beatrice Abad of Dallas, TX, Patricia Garza of Dallas, TX and Maria Sanchez of Dallas, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday, August 6, 2021 at Spring Baptist Church with Pastor Kellos Walker and Pastor Frank Moppin officiating and burial to follow at Spring Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pall bearers will be John Beaver, Richie Beaver, Jorge Sanchez, Tommy Kalinich and Jeff Black.

Honorary pall bearers will be Pedro Sanchez, Luke Abad, Trask Coker, Chris Avila, Mitch Buck, Guy Buck and Herschell Wise.
