Graveside Service for Kaysey Denese Crawford, 37, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Redbird Smith Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
She was born on June 15, 1984 in Ada, Oklahoma to Nellie Dorene (Teehee) Johnson and Dale Crawford and passed away on July 8, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kaysey was a homemaker.
Survivors are: four children of the home: Brendan Andrade-Crawford, Alexa Andrade-Crawford, Cameron Andrade-Crawford and Draven Perez-Crawford; mother and step-father who loved her, Nellie and Leonard Johnson of Westville, OK, father, Dale Crawford of McAlister, OK; four sisters, Akeria Burger of Westville, OK, Kayleene Harjo of Westville, OK, Kendra Armenta of Broken Arrow, OK and Kristina Teehee of Tahlequah, OK ; and two brothers, Mitchell Burger of Westville, OK and Nicholaus Holland of Westville, OK.
Viewing will be Noon - 8 PM Saturday, 2 - 8 PM Sunday and 10 AM - 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
