Juanita (NaNa) E. Moore, 95, of Konawa, Oklahoma passed from this world on February 24th 2021 and was reunited with her Heavenly family. She left us peacefully and was immediately in the presence of her Lord and Savior.

She was born January 6th 1926 in Oklahoma City to James D. and Margaret (Housely) Ross.

Juanita worked in the antique and liquidation field for several years, allowing her to enjoy World travel with her daughter, Kay and employer Mary Miles Clanton. She loved to go camping in her RV with her family. She planned our camping trips weeks in advance and was never ready to go home. Juanita loved to cook and have large family dinners. Her favorite time of year was Christmas. Even Santa was impressed with all the presents.

Preceded in death by her father and mother, husband, Arthur (Bud) Witt, father of her children and husband of 38 yrs, Alfred (AJ) Moore. Brother James E Ross, Sisters Viola Wingate, Marguerite Hicks and Lucille Flatt, daughter, Kay Moore, grandson JJ Woods, granddaughter Kristi Witt Kincade and great-grandson Montana Moore.

Survivors include her son, Robert Witt, of Konawa and daughters Dena Breedlove of Choctaw, Carolyn Preble and husband James of Del City, Debra Cameron and husband Will of Konawa and Angela Strawn and husband Danny of Ada and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. We will dearly miss our Mother (Nana), but let us take comfort in knowing she is at peace, free of pain and resting now in the presence of Jesus. I’m sure she is loving her new home.
