Jessalyn Smith

Jessalyn Smith, age 54 of Wewoka passed away Tuesday May 19, 2020.

She was born October 19, 1965 in Wewoka, OK to Richard Charles Smith and Ola Mae Starnes. She received her education from Wewoka High School. She united in marriage to Chester Osborne and to this union one daughter Mae Kiah Maria Denise Osborne was born.

She then married Mark Anthony Jackson Sr. and to this union one son Mark Anthony Jackson Jr. was born.

She was preceded in death by her father, her grandparents the late Mattie O. Starnes, Gentry Starnes, Mabel Alexander.

Jessalyn leaves to cherish her memories her Mother Ola Mae Starnes, daughter Mae Kiah Maria Denise Osborne, son Mark Anthony Jackson Jr., one brother James Blackshire Jr. of Wewoka, OK, two sisters Angela Blackshire (Roosevelt) of Shawnee, OK, Marketta Carlson (Richard) of Shawnee, OK.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Stout-Phillips Chapel with Pastor C. L. Prevost officiating and burial to follow at Westwood Cemetery.

Due to the COVID 19 VIRIS no more than 50 people in attendance.
