James Cecil Moon

James Cecil Moon age 84, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 in Sasakwa, OK at his home. He was born May 31, 1938 in Bengal, OK to the late Claude Avation Moon and Lena Mae (Earnest) Moon. He married the love of his life, Barbara Anne (Eberle) Moon, on June 12, 1957 in Sasakwa, OK. They celebrated 64 wonderful years together until her passing in August of 2021.
Cecil graduated high school in Sasakwa and then entered the Navy where he served his country for 17 years.

Cecil is survived by his daughter, Robin Moon of Sasakwa, OK, son, James Douglas Moon and wife Jenette of Konawa, OK, daughter, Yahanna Factor and her husband Mark of Seminole, OK., and multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Cecil was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Moon, and both of his parents.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, September 26, 2022 at Stout-Phillips Chapel in Wewoka, Oklahoma with Kellus Walker officiating.
