Edgar Snider

Snider Edgar “Jerome” Snider, age 63 and a long-time resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away February 25, 2026 at Mercy Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the Assembly of God Church in Konawa. Rev. Duane Snider will officiate, and burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Snider of the home; his mother, Shirley Hays of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; three sons, Aaron Hollis and wife, Amy of Konawa, Brian Hollis of the home; and Jeremy Snider of Kingston, Oklahoma; four daughters, Christina Goodnight and husband, Eric of Konawa, Kristina Matchie and husband, Todd of Konawa, Oklahoma, Lilly Snider of Ada, Oklahoma, Etta Jane Snider of the home; one brother, Duane Snider and wife, Marsha of Henryetta, Oklahoma; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, EJ Snider.
