Billie Jo Howdeshell Stark

Billie Jo Howdeshell Stark, Seminole resident, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021, in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Billie was born on April 14, 1969 to William Lee and Betty Jean (Lamb) Howdeshell, in Toronto, California.

She spent most of her life in Wewoka and Seminole, Oklahoma.

Billie graduated from Wewoka High School. She also had a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice.

Billie enjoyed caring for animals and loved to read. When she was little and someone was looking for her, she’d say, “Here I are.” She was extremely afraid of bugs and spiders. She knew everyone and had numerous friends.

Billie is survived by her son, Trace Lee Stark; brother, Larry Berry and wife, Sue; sister, Cheryl Howdeshell Caruso and many other family and friends.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Berry, Paul DeBarge, Jerry Howdeshell, Bertha Brinsfield and Clarence Brinsfield.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
