Benny Allen Houck, 69 year-old lifelong Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away January 27, 2021 at his home. He was born July 15, 1951 in Seminole to parents Allen Sylvester Houck and Alice MaryAnn (Rodgers) Houck. Benny received his GED and several trade certifications and was self-employed as a diesel mechanic.

Benny enjoyed fishing, gardening, bottle collecting, metal yard sculpturing, gun collecting and restoring old Fords. He enjoyed spending time with his children and family and he loved his chickens.

Left to cherish Benny’s memory are his son; Brian Maloy of Choctaw, Oklahoma, his daughter; Cynthia Houck-Austin and her husband Mark Austin of Seminole, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Temperance Houck, Aiden Maloy, Franklin Gore, Amy Houck, Bradley Houck, Patrick Austin and Steven Austin and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Jean Maloy (Houck), his son Steven Ray Houck and his daughter, Ivona Maloy.

Funeral services for Benny will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy and Nita Moreland officiating. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Franklin Gore, Brian Maloy, Patrick Austin, Darrell Wood, Larry Grant and Kevin Bane.

Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
