Maud resident Anna Virginia Rucinski, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022 at her home.

Anna, the daughter of Vincent DePaul and Virginia Marie (Callan) Pagent, was born March 27, 1936, in Altoona Pennsylvania. She graduated high school from Altoona Public Schools. In 1953, Anna married Robert Glass. Anna and Robert moved to San Bernardino California and started their family, spending many years there; Mr. Glass preceded her in death in 1993. She then married Gene Rucinski, who passed away in 2018. Anna was a square dancer, she also enjoyed bird watching, she loved all animals particularly dogs, and softball. She was preceded in

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Robert Glass, and Gene Rucinski, to whom she was married for 40 years and 25 years respectively; many dogs and cats, including “Boo” who died after 21 years of companionship.

Anna is survived by her sons, Richard Glass, Anthony Glass, Terry Glass, and Shawn Glass; daughters, Kathleen Glass, Gayleigh Glass, and Lupe Glass; grandchildren, Heather Glass, Brandy Grant, Jessi Glass, Robert Glass, Julia Werner, Michael Glass, Taleigh Glass, and Penny Glass; great grandchildren, Genesis Dockery, Merax Dockery, Kayla Grant, Aubrey Uhrig, Thomas Werner, Austin Werner, Gemma Werner, and Ava Sophia; greatgreat grandchildren Ameriengton and Kalvaineous Easley; and many other nieces and nephews and family and friends.

The family is planning a private ceremony for a later date. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
