Alta Cloretta Weaver, 92, of Wewoka, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at Ballard Nursing Home in Ada, Oklahoma. Alta was born in Ada, Oklahoma on September 27, 1931 to Floyd Hill and Alta May Jenkins. She was a homemaker who enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family.
Alta was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Sharon Farley and Teresa Weaver; son, Mark Bearden; granddaughter, Renee Ash; great grandson, Bradley Burleson and her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her son, Paul Weaver of Wewoka; daughter, Thelma Blevins of Duncan; son, Willis Weaver of Carnegie and daughter, Mildred Monk of Carnegie; lots of grandkids and great grandkids.
Those serving as casket bearers will be Login Light, Bryant Light, Ryan Blevins, John Farley Jr., Wesley Weaver and Jerrett Weaver.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
Graveside services will be on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Rosedale Cemetery in Ada, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
