Adella Crockett

Adella Crockett, age 75 of Wewoka, OK departed this life on Sunday, September 22, 2019. She was born in Okemah, OK on February 3, 1944 to the late Wesley Brown and Odessa Carolina Thomas.

Adella was a graduate of Butner High School and married Bud Crockett February 24, 1968 in Wewoka, OK., he preceded her in death April 20, 2018. She was the owner and operator of Lanae’s Gifts, nutrition and fitness center. She was a member of Life in Christ Ministry Church.

Adella will be remembered for working with the youth, singing, and never meeting a stranger.

Preceding Adella in death are her parents, husband, five brothers Edwin Thomas, Eddy Thomas, Daniel Thomas, Warren Brown and Clyde Thomas.

Survivors include daughter, Lisa Crockett of Sapulpa, OK, son Rodney Greer of Wetumka, OK, one brothers, Buster Thomas of Shawnee, OK, two sisters Odell Hardeman of Shawnee, OK and Betty Armstead of OKC, two grandson, Jacob and Joshua Crockett, one great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday September 28, 2019 at New Life Church in Wewoka with interment to follow at Westwood Cemetery.
