Women on a Mission
Women on Mission met 4-22-21 at Wewoka First Baptist Church. Patti Prater read the ones who had birthdays today and she read the scripture Ephesians 5:15-21 and we focused on Ephesians 5:15-16.
When someone says you should pay careful attention You should probably heed their advice.
Usually it means if you don’t pay attention, there will be negative consequences. Paul told the Ephesians to pay attention to how they lived. He encouraged them to live as wise People not like the unwise because the days were evil. This advice holds true for believers today.
Certainly we are living in a time when the days are evil. We have to be wise in how we live so we can make the most of the time we have here on Earth. Are you choosing to live like Christ or are you swayed by the promises of the World? Do you live for yourself or God? What actions do you need to change to line up your life with God’s Will? Ask God to show you where your life may be veering off course.
Let him open your eyes to the world so you can pay attention to how you live.
