At the regular board meeting on Monday, May 11, the Varnum Board of Education voted to set a new graduation date for the Class of 2020. The in-person ceremony is now set for 7 p.m. on July 17, 2020, in the Whippet Gym on the campus of Varnum Public Schools, located at 3550 11929 NS in Seminole.

Oklahoma guidelines for social distancing that are valid for that day will be enforced. Senior awards, scholarships and honors will be part of graduation. The graduation ceremony will also be broadcasted live on Whippet TV at www.varnumwhippets.tv for all of the Whippet family and friends who aren’t able to attend.
