State Representative Danny Williams was the special guest at Friday’s meeting of the Seminole High School Superintendents Student Leadership Advisory Council.
The students heard from Rep. Williams about upcoming legislation, including education bills being introduced. The students were able to ask questions and share their own stories of educational experiences and future plans.
Williams, R-Seminole, represents District 28. He assumed office on Nov. 18, 2020. His current term ends on Nov. 20, 2024.
The council meets twice per month, typically the second and fourth Friday of each month, before classes begin.
