The City of Seminole Splash Pad will be closed this Thursday, June 18, in order to perform repairs and address other issues with the recreation area.

“We sincerely apologize for the short notice and inconvenience, but we are working extremely hard to ensure that the Splash Pad is fixed for our children to enjoy the rest of the summer,” said the City of Seminole in a statement released to The Producer.

At this time, the city is unsure if there will be any additional days shut down past Thursday, but city officials will continue to inform citizens of the status of the Splash Pad through The Seminole Producer and on the City of Seminole Facebook page.
