The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office would like to say thank you to all of our wonderful citizens that assisted in making their annual food drive a success again this year. They had command posts set up all over the county for donations.

They are sorting and making numerous boxes of food for the citizens in need. The county helped so many people this year and it is appreciated. The donations will feed around 40 families this year.

If you know of a family in need of food, please contact the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. Food has been sorted and is being delivered.

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office would like to give a special thanks to all of the deputies, jail staff and their spouses which are: Deputy Hill and wife Mary, Deputy Brooks and wife Tammy, Deputy Bourque and Wife Renee, Deputy Windle and wife Amanda, Deputy Word, Sheriff Smith, Undersheriff Haley and wife Nikki.

They would also like to thank Nakoma West and Jimmy Sam’s for their help sorting all the food. The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office cannot wait to see the faces of all those who will receive help this year.
