Seminole County Republican Convention Saturday, March 25
The Seminole County Republican Convention is slated to be held next weekend in downtown Seminole.
“Our political leaders are given power by the consent of the governed. Therefore, history is made by those who participate in the political process. Among the most precious of our freedoms is the right to vote for our representative government. As we saw in the 2020 Presidential election, we must be diligent to protect all those freedoms including free and honest elections,” party officials stated in a news release.
The convention will be held next Saturday, March 25 at 9:00 a.m. at Gigi’s Restaurant on Main Street. Precinct meetings will be held first, followed by the convention.
According to the news release, there will be entertainment and guest speakers whom you won’t want to miss.
This is your opportunity to submit new planks to the party platform and elect delegates to the State Convention.
Please bring your voter registration card and photo ID, as only registered Republicans will be eligible to vote.
