Search Continues For 2-Year-Old Oaklee Snow
Cromwell resident Zachary Snow is reaching out for any information that may reunite him with his 2-year-old daughter, Oaklee Mae Snow. According to a timeline provided by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, Oaklee’s mother, Madison Marshall, left with Oaklee and her 7-month-old brother, Colton, on January 19.
Investigators believe Marshall was with her ex-boyfriend, Roan Waters, when she traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana. Seminole County Investigator J.T. Palmer told reporters on Tuesday that Indiana authorities report that Oaklee was last seen by witness being carried out of what the authorities described as a “crack house” on Thursday, February 9. The witnesses stated Oaklee was wrapped in a blanket and not moving, either asleep or unconscious. Marshall told Zachary she dropped Oaklee off anonymously at a hospital in Indiana, but investigators can find no record of her being admitted to any hospitals in the area.
Palmer stated that Marshall abandoned Colton at the house. Someone called authorities, and Child Protective Services picked him up. He has since been returned to his father. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is now handling this case.
On February 27 Waters was arrested at a motel in Colorado on an outstanding warrant out of Okfuskee County for previous charges of Child Abuse and Domestic Assault and Battery in Presence of Minor that were filed on November 11, 2022 in an unrelated case.
On Thursday, March 23 Marshall was arrested in Harnett County, North Carolina on a child abandonment charges. She has so far not given any information concerning Oaklee.
Oaklee is described as about 2 feet tall, approximately 40 pounds, and has blond hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information concerning Oaklee is urged to contact the Seminole Sheriff’s office, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-2628477.
In an unrelated incident, Seminole Police responded to a missing child report at Grisso Apartments on Monday. In this case the children were located safe and sound.
