Welcome to the wonderful world of awe!
You have started a fascinating journey. Keep your legs and arms inside the stroller and your eyes wide open because you don’t want to miss a thing. Right now, you’re in awe of everything. As you grow older, you’ll forget. Don’t ever forget. Stay in awe. It’s a wonderful place to live. The Land of Awe.
So, go on and stare for hours at a light. And, who cares if you spend your first few months staring, crying, and messing your britches? To some adults, all that seems like such a waste of time. But, isn’t a light interesting? And, what’s wrong with crying being the only way of communicating? It And messing your britches worked for Tammy Faye. ashamed of. We’ve all done isn’t something to be it. Some of us just have better cologne.
You’ll hear a lot of things while you’re living in your parents’ home. Your mother to clean your plate because will probably try to get you there are starving kids in India. Well, cleaning your plate isn’t going to help them. Don’t let her fool you. She’s only saying that because her mother told her that. And her mother before her.
And Eve probably told that one to Cain and Abel. Go but do it because you’re ahead and clean your plate, grateful, not because you don’t want anyone in some foreign country to get it.
Realize you are rich. We that matter. Eating the last all are. Rich in the things meatball on your plate doesn’t really matter. Kindness matters, generosity matters, and sacrificial love matters.
Life is short. It really will be over before you know it. So, live while you’re here.
Looks are not important. They will seem important when you’re a teenager. Surrend 20 th high-school reunion, But, when you go to your you’ll see that looks don’t last. Gravity is the great equalizer.
Your mom and dad love you a lot, so when you become a teenager, go easy on ‘em. This is the first time they’ve been parents. And someday, when you become a parent, go easy on your kids. Because they pick your nursing home.
God’s mercies are new every morning, and it’s a good thing because you’ll wear them out every day.
Always remember I before e, except after c.
When you’re out of money, you can’t just write a check.
Turn the lights out when you leave a room.
Become potty trained as soon as possible. You don’t know it now, but you’re really making a mess, and people don’t really enjoy cleaning up after you.
Ask Jesus into your heart as soon as you understand what He did for you.
And, remember, everything you see was created by a word from God. When you look at stars in the sky, remember they were created by a word from God. When you look at an eagle in flight, remember it was created by a word from God. When you look at mountains, remember they were created by a word from God. But, when you look in the mirror, don’t ever forget, you were created by the very hand of God…in His image.

He is best known for co-writing and singing “Mary, Did You Know?” and is said to now have a net worth of 8 billion dollars.
