The Seminole Fire Department was among the agencies that responded to a trench collapse in Holdenville Monday. A local contractor was replacing a compromised sewer line at a residence when the trench the crew was working in collapsed, trapping Jose Valenzuela in the trench. Valenzuela perished in the accident.
