Groundbreaking On New Lawn & Garden And Parking Garage
The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum will break ground on its newest expansions, the Meinders Event Lawn & Garden and additional parking structures, as part of Phase II of the Museum’s Master Plan.
The gardens will include walking paths, an event lawn and a butterfly garden.
Additional parking is set to include a parking garage and terraced, uncovered parking spaces on Museum grounds.
Construction on the garden and additional parking is the second phase in a three-phase plan to beautify and improve the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
The new garden is made possible by a generous donation from Herman and Ladonna Meinders.
Light refreshments will be served after the groundbreaking ceremony.
