Seminole Public Schools Special Education Director, Charity Boyer, recently awarded Holly Daniels for the amount of work she has dedicated to the special education program at Seminole Public Schools.

Holly is the proud parent of Taylor Harjo, a student who recently took his last walk out of the doors of Seminole High School. In 2011, Holly started the Taylor Griggs-Harjo Education Foundation. This nonprofit foundation donated over 100 iPads, cases, screen protectors, and other technology needs to the teachers in the special education program at Seminole Public School to enhance the education of children with special needs.

Boyer stated, “Holly has been an asset to this program. She has fulfilled technology needs over the years that have given our students in special education a better opportunity to succeed. We have utilized this technology for communication, academic, as well as behavioral needs. I value her hard work and dedication over the years. She and her husband, Arpoika, are truly our biggest fans and I am grateful for the love they have shown to our program.”
