According to Seminole Police Chief Jon Withers, police worked a kidnapping case Tuesday afternoon then responded to a separate shooting incident late Tuesday night. The shooting suspect is in custody and the victim is in stable condition. The Producer is working to gather more information and will have the stories as soon as possible.
