The Boomer Seminole Duplicate Bridge group met Tues. Feb. 14. There were three and one-half tables in play. The winners were: 1st Place – Vivian Thompson, Ada, and LaVere Bishop, Seminole.

2nd Place – Mary Ellen Martin and Yvonne Carver, Shawnee.

3rd Place – Laura Rose and Susanne Sims, Seminole.

Others playing were: Trigg Yerby, Ada; Lisa Ainsworth, Konawa; Ellen Wall, Pat London and Gerona Fowler, Shawnee; Judy Atyia, Mary Whitley and Judy James, Seminole.

The group is sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League. Yvonne acted as director in the absence of the regular director. The boards are dealt from the Bridge Composer. The group belongs to the Sooner Unit #167.

The group met at the “Bridge” of the Baptist Church since city voting was taking place at the Activity Center.
