Judeh Sheppard, Oklahoma State Fire Marshall Agent Supervisor, presented Thomas Maher a Certificate of Recognition for his heroism. Thomas saved his brother, Anthony Louie Jr. from a house fire back in November. He is the son of Corporal Anthony Louie of the Seminole Police Department.
