Mrs. Cline is Hostess to Club

The quarterly luncheon of Seminole Homemakers was an enjoyable event in the home of Mrs. D.E. Cline Tuesday. In Addition to the five members, luncheon guests included Mr. Cline, Mrs. LeRoy Collins and Mrs. Harvey Young’s daughter.

Mrs. T.G. Phillips was presiding officer. Mrs. Young led group singing. Mrs. Cline based her devotional remarks on scripture found in I Samuel and then voiced prayer.

Each member read selected scripture from the book, “Precious Moments.” Mrs. Phillips read an appropriate poem.

Mrs. Harry Compton, for the lesson, gave a demonstration on making neck and armhole facings and the proper way to put in a sleeve.
