Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend this event that will fill Main Street with a huge number of booths featuring products that are made or grown in Oklahoma, as well a wide variety of food vendors, a car show, blood drive and much more.

“We are excited about the upcoming Seminole Chamber of Commerce ‘Made in Oklahoma Festival’ on Saturday, April 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Downtown District,” Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Amy Britt said. “With over 200 unique vendors, a blood drive, car show, it continues to grow and draw vendors and shoppers alike from all over the state. The event is free and there will be plenty of food, crafts, and other items to purchase while checking out the booths and shopping.”

Britt stresses that everyone is welcome, and if anyone has any questions or would like a vendor application, they can contact her at 405-382-3640.

In addition to the large number of booths that will be offering some of Oklahoma’s finest products and foods, the Festival will also include a Car Show sponsored by the Seminole Arts Council. The Car Show will be on South Main Street and will feature multiple classes and categories, with firstplace awards in each category. Request a printable registration form by emailing seminoleartscouncil@gmail.com or register beginning at 8 a.m. on the day of the show. Judging will be at 3 p.m. All proceeds will be used to help support public art projects in the Seminole community. Call the Arts Council at (40 5) 303-1191 for more information.

The Oklahoma Blood Institute (OBI) will be sponsoring the blood drive. While you’re shopping and enjoying all of the fine foods, you can take a short break and relax while the skilled OBI techs draw a pint of blood in a quick, painless process. Donors are encouraged to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids and eating a meal before the donate. Each donation can save up to three lives and all types are needed.
