This September marks an extraordinary milestone for Carol Williams, who is celebrating 50 years of dedicated service at Beth’s Hair World in Seminole.

Carol was born November 25, 1951, in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Her journey into the beauty profession took an unexpected turn one evening in Ada in 1975. While out for the night, she met Beth Plumlee, who casually asked if she’d be interested in coming to work the very next morning. Carol accepted— and the rest, as they say, is history.

Since September of 1975, Carol has been a steady presence at Beth’s Hair World, bringing her warmth, skill, and personal touch to generations of customers. Over the decades, she has not only styled hair but also built lasting friendships and become a beloved part of the community.
