CVEC Marketing Team Receives Statewide Recognition
The Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative (CVEC) Marketing & Communications team announced it has received two prestigious honors at the 2025 Oklahoma Electric Cooperatives Conference.
The team earned the Award of Excellence for Best Community Outreach Effort for CVEC’s long-standing Annual Flag Retirement Ceremony, which brings together local youth, veterans, and community members to honor and properly retire American flags.
Additionally, CVEC received the Award of Merit for Best Marketing Campaign (Broadband Division) for its CVEC Fiber “Home for the Holidays” campaign, a creative initiative highlighting the importance of reliable, high-speed internet service during the holiday season.
“We are proud of the work we do for our CVEC members,” said Carla Tollett, Director of Communications & Member Engagement. “These awards reflect the heart of our cooperative, people dedicated to serving others. We sincerely appreciate the trust our members, the cooperative, our employees, and our community place in us to share the CVEC story.”
