Christian Employers Alliance Recognizes State Rep. Williams
Rep. Danny Williams, R-Seminole, has been recognized as a 2026 recipient of the Defender of Biblical Business Award, presented by the Christian Employers Alliance.
“I am truly humbled to receive this award,” Williams said. “My faith has always been a guiding force in both my life and my work at the Capitol. To be recognized for standing on those principles means a great deal to me, and I will continue striving to serve with integrity and conviction.”
The award honors members of the Oklahoma Legislature whose voting records most closely align with biblical principles, as measured by the Biblical Business Index.
Williams was recognized during a reception last Tuesday at the Oklahoma State Capitol, where Christian business leaders from across the state gathered to honor this year’s recipients.
The Christian Employers Alliance identifies the top 50 legislators each year whose policy decisions reflect values important to faith-based business leaders across Oklahoma.
Williams has served as a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 28th district since 2020. He previously represented the district from 1988 to 1994. His district includes portions of Pottawatomie and Seminole counties.
