Bullet holes were visible in the outside window of a unit in the Hillcrest Apartments shortly after an apparent drive-by shooting on April 12. No injuries were reported in the incident. Police arrested Daegan Angel on May 20 on anticipated charges of discharging a firearm into a dwelling and first-degree burglary.
