The Strother Yellowjackets traveled to Tiger Country to face the Konawa Tigers at home Monday night. Both games were a battle to the finish as the Yellowjackets win on the road. First up was the girl’s game between the Lady Tigers and Lady Yellowjackets.

The Champion Athletics hosted the “I Am 3rd Gymnastics Meet” on Dec. 6, in Ada, bringing together teams from across the state for a day filled with talent, teamwork, and purpose. This meet wasn’t just about gymnastics.

The Butner Eagles hosted the Sasakwa Vikings Friday night for their third home basketball game of the season. Butner fell in both the boys’ and the girls’ game but had fun with the experience of the outcome. The Lady Eagles and Lady Vikings took to the court first.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Guards Xzayvier Brown and Nijel Pack combined for 39 points and Oklahoma held Oklahoma State to 38.0% field goal shooting to register an 85-76 Bedlam win Saturday afternoon at Paycom Center. The victory was OU’s fourth straight in the series.

The Maud Tigers took on the Maysville Warriors Friday night for their homecoming game. The Tigers had rubber band games on the night. The Tiger boys started the evening off after the homecoming festivities. Maud took control of the game in the first quarter.

The Strother Yellowjackets hosted the Crowder Demons for their second home game of the season Thursday night. It wasn’t a good night for the Yellowjackets as Strother came up short in both games.
