STILLWATER - Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy says that Oklahoma “chose to end” Bedlam — the annual rivalry game between the two programs — when the Sooners decided to leave the Big 12 for the SEC. The two will meet as conference foes for the final time this season, Nov. 4 from Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater. Gundy was asked about the potential of Oklahoma State playing the Sooners in future non-conference games during his appearance Wednesday at 2023 Big 12 Media Days.

MLB - The National League ended a ninegame losing streak against the American League in the MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday. The winning hit came from maybe the last player you’d expect. Colorado Rockies catcher Elias Díaz, appearing in his first career All-Star Game at 32 years old after nine seasons in the majors, hit a two-run homer in the eighth inning to give the NL a 3-2 win at Seattle’s T-Mobile Park. It’s the league’s first win since 2012.
