THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2025 DEAR ABBY: My son is a loving husband, father and son. He coaches his 12-year-old son, my grandson, in various sports and sometimes is just a spectator. I’m worried because he often berates his son’s playing ability.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4, 2025 DEAR ABBY: We recently suffered the loss of our first grandchild. She was only 24 and taken far too soon. My partner and I are working through our grief, which is challenging as we are in different stages. He also struggles with multiple mental health issues.

TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2025 DEARABBY: I have been married for 22 years. It was a normal relationship, and I was very happy. However, over the last 12 years, my wife has changed. There is ZERO affection, no hugging, holding hands and nothing sexual. We are like roommates.

SUNDAY, JUNE 1, 2025 DEAR ABBY: I have been divorced from my ex-husband, “Cliff,” for a year and a half. My nearly adult children live with me. They rarely see their dad.

This time of year, many are traveling to garden centers, to buy plants and potting items--hoping to refresh homes, backyards, lawns, and front porches--also refreshes our well-being with promises of a better tomorrow.

When the world is hot and my skin is fried, scratching from the constant dry, let the clouds boil up, boil up high. And then shade the earth with the darkening sky and bring the secrets and the smell of rain. The coolness and the blessed rain, again.

I can vividly imagine the reactions of most who just read that title. “Are you nuts, Renie B?! Of course, being rich would be better for me than having to drive this old rattletrap of a car, that breaks down every time a wind any stronger than a baby’s breath blows through.

FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2025 DEAR ABBY: A man I know has been married for 40 years. His wife gets mad at him for small things and stops talking to him for three to four months at a time. Also, he will make her supper, and she’ll make something else.

THURSDAY, MAY 29, 2025 DEAR ABBY: We have an annual weekend family reunion that includes family and significant others along with their children. Most of the children are adults now.

DEAR ABBY: I am recently divorced after a 37-year marriage. My boyfriend, “Grant,” has been divorced for a long time. He is a lovely man -- honest, intelligent, healthy, helpful, neat and a great communicator. Our physical relationship is wonderful, too. My problem?
