The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission’s (OESC) monthly employment report, released Wednesday, November 1, shows that Seminole County is continuing to improve from being tied with Haskell county for the third highest rate of unemployment in the state two months ago and fourth highest rate in last month’s report, to the fifth highest rate in Wednesday report.
